Camera Modes

  • Basic

    • Left mouse to turn (pivot set in 3d space away from camera)
    • Right mouse to pan
    • Scroll to zoom
  • Advanced

    • Right mouse to turn (pivot set on the camera)
    • Middle mouse button to pan
    • Scroll to zoom

Visibility

  • 2D Labels

    Displays a label for an object that stays in one location on the screen. Its position can be changed either through Free Mode or through the Properties tab. Its color can be changed through the Lesson tab.

  • 3D Labels

    Displays a label for an object that floats in 3d space. Its place in 3D space can be modified either through Free Mode or through the Properties tab. Its color can be changed through the Lesson tab.

  • Toggle visibility of all but selected

    Click the part/object you want to Isolate then in the Home tab at the top of the screen select the Isolate button under the Visibility section. To undo this feature click the Isolate button.

  • Toggle Visbility of selected

    Click the part/object you want to hide and in the Home tab at the top of the screen select the Hide button under the Visibility section. To undo this feature click the hide button and your part/object will reappear.

  • Focus Camera

    Zooms in on selected object. You can also do this by double clicking an object, pressing F while the object is selected, or finding the object in the scene hierarchy, right clicking on it, and clicking focus.
