In order to create an offline project, navigate to the Projects page, and ensure you are on the Local tab. Then click the plus icon to add a new offline project.
Enter the name, and target directory for the new offline project. Once this is completed, the new offline project will be created. As there is no online project it is attached to, the cloud icon will not show.
The project has now been created, and you can now add assets, create lessons, and work on the project.
If you decide to share the project, you can Upload Offline Projects.
