After importing a 2D image into Modest3D, you can use the imported image by first double clicking the setup node in the [Storyboarder](/Editor_Documentation/Overview_of_Editor_Windows/Storyboarder_Tab).
In the setup node, there are two ways you can add an image, right-click in the setup window, hover over UI and select Image or press the image button from the setup tab in the The Ribbon after simulating the lesson.
That will create an image place holder in both the editor window and the player window. Select the Image in the setup node and look at the properties tab. You will notice a set of property menus, for now we are only interested in the Image property menu. Scroll in the properties till you find it.
To get the imported image to populate in the image place holder, drag the imported image from the Assets Tab to the image property menu under the Image asset slot in the image above. Toggle the use actual size button to use the actual size of the image.
