Basic Navigation

Basic Navigational controls in the Viewport

Control Description Mouse and Key Actions
Rotates your view around the focused object in the 3D scene. Double left click on an object then hold down the left mouse button and move the mouse to rotate around the object.
Pan allows the user to move parallel to the current view plane. Hold down right mouse click and move the mouse.
Zooms the camera closer/farther away from the center of focus. Scroll forward and back with the middle mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
Focuses in on a scene object by going directly to the object. Double click on the scene object twice with the left MoLse Button OR Hold down "F" and double click on the scene object.
Or Drag a object from the editor to the Storyboarder. You can drag a object from the editor window to the Storyboarder by two methods. 1. Holding shift and left click drag an object from the editor window to the Storyboarder. 2. Toggle the Drag button. This allows a user to left click drag an object from the editor window to the Storyboarder.
