Designer Documentation - Property
Model is the appearance of the object in 3D space. It's combined by meshes and materials.
Mesh defines the geometry or shape of appearance. Material defines the looking of the appearance such as colors, reflections or textures. Properties

Mesh : The geometry info of the model. To change mesh:
When there is a mesh assigned, clicking the button will remove the assigned mesh.
When there is no mesh assigned, clicking the button will popup a dialog to select a mesh in the current project.
Material : Material is how the object displayed. There may be multiple materials for one mesh. The maximum number of materials equals to the total amount of submeshes. To change material:
When there is a material assigned, clicking the button will remove the assigned material.
When there is no material assigned, clicking the button will popup a dialog to select a material in the current project.
Pivot Point : Pivot point is essential when users try to rotate an object. Changing Pivot Point will change the center of the rotation. To change pivot point:

Property Tab Use
Change PivotPoint Position Dropdown in edit tab of the ribbon. Select from the 7 preset positions.
